DUAL, SINGLE AND EXTRA CAB CONVERSIONS
The vehicle is altered and a factory serviced rear panel is utilised with radius corners and factory rear screen fitted (heated if required).

Wheel arch areas can be in-filled using the space for rope boxes or door can be squared off to resemble a factory dual cab.

Cabin is professionally trimmed inside, painted and rust-proofed to complete.

“CENTRE STRETCH” AND CHASSIS MODIFICATIONS
These are carried out using our extensive Jigging System for accuracy and under the watchful eye of the RTA Engineers.

Extra stiffening is fitted, in most cases, to accommodate the extra carrying capacity. This is essential on six wheel vehicles to allow for the higher GVM achieved after conversion.
